Do you need access to water or electric supply?

While we are fully equipped to bring our own water and electric supply if needed, it would be greatly appreciated if we could use your water and electric supply during the service. This helps us reduce setup time and ensures an efficient detailing process. Please let us know if this is possible, and feel free to reach out with any other questions or special requests!

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily. If you have any special requests or need an appointment outside of these hours, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to hand over my keys?

Handing over your keys is not required for most services. However, for projects such as ceramic coating, it would be preferred. This allows us to move the car away from the washing bay for polishing. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Where are you located?

We are a 100% mobile business, meaning we come to your location, whether it’s your home or workplace. This allows you to enjoy our services conveniently while remaining comfortable in your own environment.

Do You Offer Same-Day Detail Service?

We do our best to accommodate same-day service requests if you call in. However, since we are often booked in advance, it can be challenging to secure same-day appointments. We appreciate your understanding and recommend booking in advance whenever possible.

Is Payment Necessary Before Service? 

Payment is not necessary before the service. We operate on mutual trust with our customers. However, please note that in the case of a no-show without a valid reason, we will have to blacklist the vehicle from future services. Thank you for your understanding.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start will incur a $25 fee to cover the costs of rerouting our technicians. Please note, we will never charge a fee for weather-related cancellations.

How do I pay?

We prefer cashless payment methods such as PayNow and PayLah for your convenience.
